Airport Delivery

Delivery Timeline

Local Pickup: Available as soon as your puppy is ready (typically 8-10 weeks old). We'll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.

Airport Delivery: Scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance. We coordinate with you to find the best flight schedule and provide all flight details 48 hours before departure.

Door-to-Door: Typically scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance. Delivery time windows are usually 4-6 hours to account for traffic and stops.

Your puppy's safety and comfort are our top priorities. All shipping is done with:

✓ Climate-controlled cargo holds (for air travel)
✓ Direct flights whenever possible (no connections)
✓ Health certificate from our veterinarian
✓ Real-time updates throughout the journey

When you're ready to reserve your puppy, we require a $500 deposit to secure your selection and preferred delivery method. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your puppy.

What happens next:

1. Choose your puppy and delivery method
2. Complete the sales contract and pay deposit
3. Receive regular photo and video updates
4. Schedule delivery date when puppy is ready
5. Pay remaining balance before pickup/delivery
6. Welcome your new family member home!

Is air travel safe for puppies?
Yes! When done properly with USDA-approved carriers, climate-controlled cargo, and direct flights, air travel is very safe. We've successfully shipped hundreds of puppies nationwide with excellent outcomes. Your puppy's safety is our top priority, and we only ship during appropriate weather conditions.
Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned before traveling. At this age, they've received their initial vaccinations and are developmentally ready for the journey. Most puppies go home between 8-10 weeks of age.
Absolutely! For air travel, we provide flight information so you can track in real-time. For door-to-door delivery, we provide updates throughout the journey and notify you when delivery is approaching. You'll never be left wondering where your puppy is.

We understand plans can change! If you need to modify your delivery method before shipping arrangements are finalized, we're happy to accommodate. Just contact us as soon as possible. Price differences may apply

Puppy safety always comes first. We monitor weather conditions closely and will not ship if temperatures are too extreme or weather conditions are unsafe. If delays occur, we'll keep your puppy comfortable and reschedule delivery as soon as conditions improve.
