This agreement is entered into between Blue Eyes Husky Pups (hereinafter "Breeder") and the buyer named above (hereinafter "Buyer") for the purchase of a Husky puppy.
The Buyer agrees to purchase the puppy described in this contract at the agreed-upon price. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the puppy. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before pickup or delivery.
The Breeder guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received appropriate veterinary care including vaccinations and deworming. The puppy comes with a 2-year genetic health guarantee and a 72-hour health guarantee as detailed in our Healthcare Guarantee page.
If the Buyer is unable to keep the dog for any reason, the Breeder must be notified immediately and given first right of refusal. The Buyer agrees never to sell, give away, or surrender the dog to a shelter or rescue without first contacting the Breeder. If the dog must be returned, no refund will be provided, but the Breeder will accept the dog back and rehome it appropriately.
This puppy is sold on AKC limited registration, meaning breeding is not permitted without explicit written permission from the Breeder. Breeding rights can be purchased separately. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed/neutered by 18 months of age unless breeding rights have been purchased.
If the puppy is being shipped, the Breeder will make all arrangements and provide tracking information. The Buyer assumes all risk once the puppy has been delivered to the carrier. Delivery fees are non-refundable. For local pickups, the Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy on the agreed-upon date.
The deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours. If the Buyer backs out of the purchase after making the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited. If the Breeder is unable to provide the puppy for reasons within their control, the full deposit will be refunded. Payment methods accepted include Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime, and Cash App.
This agreement is legally binding. Both parties agree to the terms outlined in this contract. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state where the Breeder resides. This agreement represents the entire agreement between Buyer and Breeder and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
By signing this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract. The Buyer also confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.
